The Cosgrove Legend: The small city of Cosgrove has a secret it has been hiding. 25 years ago a serial killer struck and terrorized the community and as the bodies were piling up the killer was never found. As soon as it started it quickly ended. The locals didn't want to admit it was real. They believed it was just a legend. Little did the know they were wrong.
